Associate Director at the Autonomy Institute
Tatiana Pignon, PhD, is a political scientist and Associate Director at the Autonomy Institute - a London-based independent research institute focusing on strengthening democracy, developing sustainability and building the future economy. She leads the Workplace Transformation Unit, which specialises in supporting organisations in implementing working time reduction programmes with no loss in pay. Prior to joining Autonomy, she worked for several years in political and governmental institutions in France and served as a consultant for a Paris-based management firm. She holds a PhD in Politics and International Studies from the University of Cambridge, where she was also Editor-in-Chief of the Cambridge Review of International Affairs.
